To prepare the Cordial: Place the listed components into a pan, bring to a light boil, mixing to dissolve. Next, take off the heat and leave to cool down fully. Pour to a sealable bottle, close it and refrigerate it chilled, it will last for about one month.

Preparing the Batch Mix: Mix every liquids into one large bottle, allow it to infuse for 60 minutes, then strain best through a fine cloth, to ensure it's fully clarified.

When ready to serve: Add 85ml of your batch mix into a mixing glass containing ice, and stir gently for one minute to chill. Pour to a cold coupe glass or equivalent, garnish with the cranberries and complete it using a quick spritz of mandarin oil above the glass.
